  • Senior Affiliate Status Terms I/we hereby apply for Senior Affiliate Status (SAS) effective for the upcoming season. I/we understand that in applying for SAS we will resign our membership in BWRA. This will terminate membership rights including but not limited to voting rights, attendance at board and membership meetings, and the transfer of membership upon the sale of a member’s residence. Please issue a refund of our member equity ($430). Refunds of member equity will be issued via check in the name of the adult member(s) on the account and mailed to the address listed in the member portal. Please make sure your address is correct. Refunds will be issued when the annual membership process is complete which is typically after April 1st. Once SAS is established, continued affiliation will be at the Senior Affiliate’s option and shall be conditioned upon the timely payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors. Senior Affiliates will be allowed guest privileges as outlined in the Beachwood Club Rules and Regulations Section B Number 4. All persons other than the Senior Affiliates are guests, including but not limited to children, grandchildren, and other family members. SAS is limited to no more than two persons and no more than one household. To qualify, you have to have been a member of Beachwood for at least 10 years and have no dependents under the age of 16.
